Do you charge during the free trial?+

No. The 7-day trial is free. We require a card up front so the moment your trial ends you can keep publishing without interruption — but you won't be charged until day 7.

Do I need an OpenAI account?+

Yes. Pulse uses your OpenAI key for drafting, extraction, and image generation. Paste it once on the credentials page; we encrypt it at rest. We never proxy or resell tokens.

Can I cancel before day 7?+

Yes — open your billing portal from /app/billing and click cancel. You'll keep access until the end of the trial and pay nothing.

Can I switch to annual?+

Yes. Annual is £89/year (saves about 17%). Switch from the billing portal at any time and Stripe pro-rates the difference.

What about platforms beyond the four?+

Threads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook today. X/Bluesky/TikTok are on the roadmap and tracked publicly.
